Build the nest takes between 4 days to a month depending on the materials available. Materials combined with the mud: silk, small rocks, manure, vegetal fibers, mane, horsehair. Average weight: 5 kg. A couple generally builds it once a year. Some of this nest are abandoned because of insufficient materials. Another bird sometimes use those abandoned nest.
