- The rear of the medieval black and white timber framed Tudor Guildhall. This was built in 1540 to serve as a courthouse and was still in use for that purpose until 1985. In 1577 a Council Chamber was added to the first floor and that still meets there. The Guildhall is Grade ll listed. Much Wenlock is a small market town in Shropshire that has a history going back hundreds of years.
