- Author: 2circles
- Cover photo description:
- The military hamlet Camp des Fourches nowadays is deserted, it is located 2300 meters high. Built in 1896, this hamlet is asleep since the 20`s-30`s. It is an assemblage of 26 hard military booths; the Camp des Fourches could hold a battalion of 600 men. Everything was planned so they could have complete autonomy: from sanitary supplies to the kitchen. Including a cable car that joined to the Pra`s hamlet that ensured refueling and evacuation of the wounded.
