Cover photo info
- Photo title: The internationally recognized peace symbol, at Buena Vista Park, 1.
- Author: Peachpappa
- Cover photo description:
- As widely recognized as the peace symbol is, or this current one, it`s origins only goes back to 1958, and the English town of Aldermaston. It grew out of the flag semaphore letters of `N` for Nuclear and `D` for Disarmament. This easily visible floral arrangement is on San Francisco`s Buena Vista Park East side entrance. This particular peace symbol is made with the Santolina chamaecyparissus, or if that is too much for you, then try either of the common versions of cotton lavender or lavender cotton, even though it is not even related to either one of them.
