- Author: Stephenlavery
- Cover photo description:
- The Gobbins is a cliff-face path etched out along the dramatic shoreline of Islandmagee, County Antrim, Northern Ireland along the Causeway Coast. It was the brain-child of an Irish railway engineer call Berkley Deane Wise and it first opened to the public in 1902 quickly becoming world renowned for its dramatic scenery and diversity in bird specifies and geological significance. The path eventually fell into disuse and dilapidation until more recently when it has been rejuvenated and re-opened to the public.
