- La Gusela is a mountain from the Nuvolau Group in the Dolomites. It is located in the municipality of Cortina d`Ampezzo and partly in the municipality of San Vito di Cadore, between the Falzarego pass to the north-west and the Giau pass to the south-east, between the Val Cordevole and the Val Boite . It culminates with the Averau also called Nuvolau Alto at 2,647 m a.s.l. It is among the least extensive of the Dolomite groups, but is characterized by bold and spiky rock formations, among which the bold Five Towers of Averau stand out. Dolomites, Italy, Europe.
