- Knowth’s mound is the only one of its kind, because it has two corridors! The eastern corridor is a 34-metre-long corridor that leads to a central cuneiform chamber three apses, very similar to the Newgrange, which contains three niches, and stone bowls on which had the burned remains of the deceased.
