  • A former Franciscan monastery, nowadays a monastery garden with hops farm, arbour and herb garden. On the south side of the Old Square is a small monastery alley that goes past the ruins of a Franciscan monastery. The monastery was closed down in connection with the Reformation, but some remnants remain as well as a recreated monastery garden with hops farm, arbour and herb garden. From the Franciscan monastery near the old market place Gamla torg, also founded in the mid-13th century, are only some wall remains left.
