It is located in the heart of the Dolomites, in the province of Belluno, Northern Italy. is an ancient village characterized by numerous wooden barns, used by farmers for hay and the shelter of livestock and agricultural tools. At the end of the village, the Serrai di Sottoguda gorge begins, a deep canyon of about 2 km that reaches the Malga Ciapéla, at the foot of the Marmolada.
