- Pictured is the information plaque for `Tenor`, a bronze silver sculpture originally by Lawrence Tenney Stevens, one of the main artists who contributed to the Texas Centennial Celebration in 1936. Along with a second sculpture titled `Contralto`, a male and female athlete were represented. They mysteriously disappeared but were recreated by David Newton in 2008 as part of a thirteen million dollar project to restore the Esplanade in Fair Park in Dallas, Texas.
