- Pictured is a sideview of the historic Saint Patrick Catholic Parish Church in Denison, Texas. It was founded in 1872 by the Roman Catholic Bishop of Galveston, Claude Dubuis. The first building designed by noted architect Nicholas J. Clayton was completed in 1898, and destroyed by fire in 1911. In 1914 the rebuilding was completed featuring gothic revival building featurs with fine patterned brick work and lancet arches. It was recorded as a Texas Historic Landmark in 1983.
