Until 2017, this office building was used by the trade union FNV on Boerhaavelaan in Zoetermeer. Like the 2 other similar office buildings, names such as Asia, Africa and America were on the facade. This office complex will soon be transformed into apartment buildings. No fewer than 385 owner-occupied and rental homes are returning for it. Abvakabo FNV has moved from our city since 2017. The office buildings have been vacant ever since. According to the schedule, the transformation of the Terra Nova office complex will start at the end of 2021. In total there will be 185 owner-occupied apartments and 200 rental apartments: 104 in social housing, 96 for a medium-priced rental rate. In addition to the rental and owner-occupied apartments, there will be 30 care apartments for vulnerable elderly people and the self-employed who need extra care. You will also find a health center with several general practitioners and a pharmacy on this site, at Boerhaavelaan 1, in a few years` time. The delivery of the new homes is now planned for mid-2023.
