- Author: Instinct358
- Cover photo description:
- Frangipani flowers are widely available in Indonesia and are easy to find. But actually the frangipani plant is not native to the archipelago or from Cambodia, but comes from Central America. The frangipani flower belongs to the genus Plumeria. The scientific name is taken from the name of the French botanist, Charles Plumier who is the inventor of the frangipani plant. The leaves of the frangipani plant are single leaves, so they do not have bone branches. It is green in color and oval in shape. The frangipani leaves grow to a size of 30 to 50 cm. In general, the leaves of the frangipani tree grow together on the tree trunk. Usually frangipani leaves will wither and fall off when entering the rainy season.
