Cover photo info
- Photo title: Butterfly clinging to the side of purple flower in the meadow
- Author: Butlerla791
- Cover photo description:
- This is a picture of an eastern tiger swallowtail, which gets their name from the black and yellow stipes on their wings and body. She seems to be gripping on to the side of this purple bee balm in the middle of this field. Her little legs working the petals and helping to pollinate the flower. I love how focused she is in this picture and how her antennas seems to point straight out. This picture was taken in the East Coventry township nature preserve outside of Pottstown in Pennsylvania.
