Cover photo info
- Photo title: Sunny James Rolph Jr home Liberty Hill Mayor\'s Mansion San Francisco 6
- Author: Peachpappa
- Cover photo description:
- The Mayor's Mansion as it came to be known, was the personal home of 'Sunny Jim' James Rolph Jr,the longest serving mayor of San Francisco with nineteen years. The only reason he stepped down as mayor was when he was elected governor of California. This position he had for only three years, having died while in office. Although this Tudor Revival style home does look exactly like it had at the time Rolph was here,it is hard to determine how much of it is new and how much is original. This is still a private residence,so please be respectful of the occupants. As seen 30 August 2023.
