Two-storey building is designed in a shape reminiscent of ancient Russian Chamber. Build on two floors in 1931. In the two lower floors of the building housed scientific departments Gallery. Widows 'House' is an object of cultural heritage of regional significance.   Built on the means and the area bequeathed PM Tretyakov.
