- Photo title: Calhoun Terrace San Francisco 14
- Author: Peachpappa
- Cover photo description:
- Calhoun Terrace, originally Calhoun Street, in the Telegraph Hill neighborhood of San Francisco, was not originally a dead end street as it was connected to Green Street. It was not an act of nature that caused this street to get a drastic realignment as happened to many other street by the famous 1906 Earthquake. It was from the Gray Brothers excessive quarrying that caused this street to collapse, completely cutting off the Green Street side. It still offers some beautiful views. As seen 18 April 2024.
