- Photo title: Plains Zebra portrait at Hluhluwe-Umfolozi Game Reserve
- Author: Keithyoung42
- Cover photo description:
- This Zebra with its prominent black and white stripes to its underbelly, is a common sight in most South African game parks and reserves. and will sometimes stand quietly when being photographed, either on or on the side of a tourist road. One will also notice some battle scars visible on some of the black and white striped coat markings. They do occur in both small and large herds occasionally browsing, but mainly feed on grass. A foal will follow its mother very closely for protection from all predators.
