- Author: Crudelitas
- Cover photo description:
- Someone could count themselves lucky if they belonged to the nobility in the Middle Ages. The ladies had servants and at most devoted themselves to the embroidery work. Otherwise, they dressed nicely and waited until the spouse waited for them. They ate well and had a longer life expectancy than the poorer population if they did not die during birth in bed. The poor population, on the other hand, lived in great poverty, mostly unfree and had to work for their feudal lord. There was hardly any meat, so many poachers left, which in turn was punished because the hunt was reserved for the high lords.
