- Cover photo description:
- The Church of the Holy Trinity, known as the Wooden Articular Church in Kežmarok, is one of the oldest and rarest historical monuments in Kežmarok. He was consecrated on August 15, 1717, only 75 days after signing a contract with the builder Juraj Müttermann. The church has a floor plan of an isosceles Greek cross. It is rare in particular because, despite the circumstances of its creation and the limitations of its construction, it has been preserved in almost its original form to this day. The oldest part of the church is the baptistery from 1690, which comes from the original church. The baroque organ ornamentally decorated with illusory paintings and sculptures of an angel is also exceptional. On the occasion of the 500th anniversary, a postage stamp was issued depicting his prospectus, which won 2nd place in the competition for the most beautiful engraved postage stamp of the European Union `Les Grands Prix de l`Art Philatélique Belge et Européen` in Brussels.
