- Photo title: Steller`s jay, Cyanocitta stelleri, 1.
- Author: Peachpappa
- Cover photo description:
- The Steller`s jay, Cyanocitta stelleri, is found throughout conifer forests of North America. Although a distinct species from the Blue jay, they are closely related enough so as to easily be able to interbreed, when overlapping breeding grounds occur naturally. Being omnivorous, they will eat anything from plant matter to bugs and insects as well as smaller rodents. As seen throughout Golden Gate Park 13 April 2022.
