  • Compare with image 35260222, which shows the Building Shell of this sauna. Half a year later - in summer - the sauna is almost finished; only some paint (for the banister), metal sheets for the roof edges, and the guttering are missing. The sauna room is located on the left, a little recreation room with fire place in the middle, a veranda on the right and towards the lake. Modern saunas dont have brick chimneys in Finland. Turf rolls from Lapland (cranberries and blueberries) have been placed around the sauna. Please, check out my photos about the construction of this sauna!
