- Having Karasan - palace and park ensemble on the southern coast of Crimea, on the territory of the village council Malomayakskogo Alushta region of Crimea, is a part of the administrative Partenit. The name comes from the name of the estate area Karasan, Kara Hasan (from Crimean Qara Asan, Hasan Kara). There is speculation that the name of the place comes from the Persian Khorasan (province of Persia) - translated literally means sunrise, east, and gave it Rajewski Jr. in memory of his stay in Persia. The area on the beach, to the north east of Partenit, anciently known as Kara Hasan, at the beginning of the XIX century belonged to General Mikhail Borozdin. After retirement in 1816, Mikhail Mikhailovich finally settled in his estate, and, in 1820, began to bookmark the park, guided by the recommendations of Directors of the Nikita Botanical Gardens Gartvisa Nicholas and St. Petersburg - Fyodor von Fischer. Supervised directly landings known horticulturist E. Yu Or. In 1839, after his marriage to the daughter of the former owner, Anna Mikhailovna, he becomes owner of the estate, General Nikolai Rajewski, whose descendants owned the estate until 1917
